- Stage 1 - Call for Nominees
- Stage 2 - Collating Nominee information
- Stage 3 - Nomination papers run past the Audit firm for validation
- Stage 4 - Short listing Nominees basis set parameters by Jury in presence of Audit firm
- Stage 5 - Ranking of Nominees by Jury panel in presence of Audit firm
- Stage 6 - Acceptance call to Nominees according to Jury rankings
- Stage 7 - Final list of nominees generated
- Stage 8 - Final 5 Nominees in every category generated
- Stage 9 - Winners under each category selected by the Jury in the presence of the Audit firm
- Stage 10 - Short-listed nominees invited to the event
